Webcam Spy
Use this tool to observe up to eight Web cams while surfing the Web. You can create your own image galleries that can be zoomed or played as an animation. Built-in motion detection saves images only when changes are detected in the lens view. This program can also send an e-mail to your cell phone anytime it detects motion.
